Origins

Many visitors to our garden discover that bergamot is actually a citrus fruit. While the flesh of this small, deliciously fragrant fruit is not eaten, its zest is highly prized in perfumery, as well as in confectionery and cooking. Its aroma, as you may know, is that of Earl Grey tea. If you rub bergamot leaves or the peel of the fruit between your fingers, you will recognize the fragrance of this tea.

It is also a highly prized aroma for livening up salad dressings and desserts. Combining practicality with pleasure, Bergamot Essence used as a seasoning allows you to benefit from its digestive properties.
When broadcast, it brightens the atmosphere, brings back smiles and chases away anxiety and stress.
