Precautions for use

Not recommended for pregnant women. This blend is not intended for topical use. Cinnamon can have a skin-irritating effect. Keep out of reach of children.

A few drops in a diffuser, mister, or nebulizer. Diffuse in 15-minute intervals, or according to the instructions of your atmospheric diffuser. 3 to 4 drops on a diffuser stone.

Storage: Preferably store away from air, heat, and light.
