Petitgrain Lime essential oil has a pleasant scent reminiscent of the fruit's rind, sometimes called "Limette". It can be used in diffusers as an air freshener.

It is calming, sedative, and carminative. Used as a fixative in massage blends and perfumes, it is also incorporated into skin and hair care products.

A drop on the pillow, pajama collar, a handkerchief, or a pebble on the nightstand can help promote sleep. Aerial diffusion for respiratory passages is also highly appropriate.
