Origins

Its South American origin may be distant, but the Mediterranean climate has proven attractive to lemon verbena, which thrives there. It is cultivated biodynamically in the gardens of Bordéo to produce this delicious organic herbal tea. Its mildness and numerous benefits allow it to be consumed all year round and in all circumstances.
Highly appreciated as an infusion for its digestive properties and its beneficial action on nervousness and sleep, it has become over the years one of the farm's bestsellers.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

  • Drink as an infusion for its taste or for its beneficial properties on digestion and relaxation. 5 leaves per cup, infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • A few leaves in the cooking water of pasta or rice to enhance their flavor.
  • To flavor your dishes, at the end of cooking.
